We are able to create accurate 3D models of houses based off the Architectural plans. These plans are generated by us or we can contact your Architect who can supply us with these plans.

Various developers use this service to help sell a house/development prior to it being built. We are also able to help the Architect and Developer in the design process by changing the colors, textures, cladding or elements of the design. This is a much cheaper method than building a house and finding areas you wished you had changed.

Using photos of the location we are able to show views or focus on areas you may like to see in these images (beach, city, mountains etc). You may like to see what the view from your bedroom or lounge may look like from a particular location.

We are also able to show sun or shadow movement on the interior or exterior of the house. You may like to see if the skylight you are using will provide you with sufficient sunlight.
