At CAD Studio, we’re proud to showcase our 3D rendering expertise through Murchison Tower, a premium A-Grade commercial development at Five Mile Lane, Frankton, Queenstown. This five-level office building, located near the airport and scheduled for completion in October 2027, was designed to capitalise on uninterrupted views toward the Remarkables.
To accurately represent this, our team captured high-resolution panoramic drone photography of the surrounding alpine landscape and seamlessly integrated these real-world views into the 3D renders. The result is a series of immersive interior office visualisations from multiple levels, where expansive glazing, refined ceilings, and natural light are matched precisely with the actual outlook from each floor. These high-detail renders were created to help potential tenants genuinely understand the quality, scale, and setting of the premium office spaces.
