PITCH 08 / CAD Studio Solution
Clear early-stage visual communication for investors, stakeholders, planning, funding and market testing.
Designed for
Developers, architects and investment teams preparing for funding, stakeholder review, planning communication or early market testing.
Early-stage projects often need to communicate vision and commercial potential before every design decision or sales asset is finalised.
A focused presentation package that makes the proposal easier to understand without overproducing a full launch campaign too early.
Early project communication should be strategically selective. CAD Studio identifies the few visuals, diagrams, films and presentation assets most likely to clarify the proposal for the intended audience.
The solution may include key exterior images, a masterplan, aerial context, an indicative animation, presentation graphics, an investor film or an interactive presentation.
Assets can later be developed into the full sales campaign once the project advances.
Indicative campaign structure
The final scope is adjusted to suit the project stage, audience, available source information, timing and budget.
