An undeveloped site can be difficult to interpret. Buyers need to understand the future streets, lots, landscape, amenity, outlook and wider location at multiple scales.
A clear visual system that explains the complete community while allowing buyers to explore individual lots, stages and opportunities.
Land and masterplan campaigns must connect the future development to the real site. CAD Studio combines survey and planning information with aerial photography, 3D visualisation and clear interactive presentation.
The solution can include masterplan graphics, aerial renders, drone photography, a location film, project identity, signage, a website and an interactive lot selector showing availability and detailed information.
For display environments, the same information can be adapted for touchscreens, wall graphics and physical scale models.
