Interior and exterior 3D Renders have been created by CAD Studio for offplan marketing purposes. CAD Studio was also asked to create 3D Renders of the various interior based on a few different finishes. These renders we used to help make interior design style choices before construction starts. Wall paint finishes and tiles through to kitchen designs were all tested first in 3D.

Testing Finishes.
The choice of interior finishes can sometimes prove to be tricky. Often CAD Studio is asked to create 3d renders using various finishes. These two bathroom renders were created to assist with this choice. Its a lot cheaper to build in 3D than to find out you have made the wrong choice under construction.
