Napier Retirement Village
CAD Studio created a number of 3D renders and Virtual Tour for this new retirement village in Napier. Using the CAD Studio drone we were able to take aerial photos and videos. Using our CAD software we were able to photo match the 3D development into these aerial drone photos and 360s photos. showing an accurate artist impression of what the completed development will look like once completed.

Aerial Photo Matching (Placing 3D Renders into Drone Photos)
Virtual Reality Tour.
Napier is an beautiful part of New Zealand. Using the CAD Studio drone we captured aerial 360s above the development site. When the composited the 3D model into the drone 360 photo to show what the completed site would look like once completed. Using hotspots we created 3D 360 view points from various locations with in the site. Dropdown menu allows the viewer to navigate directly to the 360 of choice.

Interior and exterior 3D renders were created to help market the news new apartments. Using the Architects plans and specs we could accurately model and furnish these spaces. Photos of the actual views taken using the drone.
